RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Should be able to oversee all the aspects of operations which includes but not limited to
creating and maintaining a caring & safe environment for children, delivering an academic based
curriculum, managing the business and keeping up with sales and marketing aspects - Maintain & ensure that the school is operating in accordance with state/federal compliances
while keeping up with the internal processes we have towards excellence - Be responsible to Promote a positive image of the school and delivery our School’s Core Values
- Capable of promoting the school, providing tours and completing the registration process.
- Establish professional relationships with parents and families in the community
- Planning and coordination of school events
- Recruit, train and build a strong team of staff members
- Record keeping including maintaining Children's files, Staff files, class schedules, lesson plan etc.
- Sub/Teach as needed in any age group
- Make a difference every day !
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must meet all state licensing requirements for a center Director
- Bachelor’s Degree with a concentration in Education/ Early Childhood education
- Minimum 2 year experience as a Director or Assistant Director or have worked as a
supervisor/Head Teacher - Must have 2-3 years of teaching experience in Early Childhood facility
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and people skills· Strong Computer skills including MS Excel and MS
Word - Should be willing to work closely with the Owners and make decisions
- Able to complete any job task needed to maintain the center compliance & excellence
REQUIREMENTS:
- Should be able to go through required clearances
- Must be knowledgeable of state licensing rules and regulations.
- Two or more years of center leadership/management experience highly preferred.
- Must have professional teaching experience with preschool children.
- Bachelor’s degree in ECE or related field required.
- CPR and First Aide Certification is required.
- Able to work professionally with Staff/Parents/Management
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Classroom Management
- Provide a naturing and safe environment for the children.
- Help to keep Classrooms clean and organized.
- Assist Maintaining needed documentations for classrooms.
- Assist opening or closing of the center.
- Assist the Director executing curriculum, events and other plans for the center.
- Help Classroom coverages/lunch breaks as needed.
- Participate in training and meetings.
- Able to provide trainings for the staff.
- Able to follow any other tasks assigned by the management related to the center
operations.
